I’m very late on this - about 45 weeks late it looks like - but what a great idea for a blog - mixes from all genres of dance, a different theme each week.

So Miami wasn’t that mental, party-wise, but between me and my travelling companion Lionel Ruchie, we did come up with some cracking business ideas for Miami - in fact, we could open a whole block of stores: The Peniserie, the Vadge Diner, Exotic Dentals (flamingo transfers on your teeth) and the four-star Messtaurant, serving Sex on the Bitch cocktails and Slawdfish (coleslaw covered swordfish). I swear, I wasn’t even drunk the whole week…

I’m now back from Miami and after an 18-hour sleep (18 hours?! How is that even possible?) I’m still thinking about the Durrr party on Friday at Vagabond. The venue is like something you’d find in Ibiza and the music was INCREDIBLE.
Northern Soul and Motown out on the terrace and Erol Alkan and friends inside. Massive props (propellors??) to Aeroplane who spun house and disco for three hours and ended by playing Pet Shop Boys and a bunch of Balaeric classics. AMAZING.
I’m at the Miami WMC and last night bribed my mate to go to the Bang Bang party at White Rooms (for an hour). The line up was HEAVY. Toddla T, Sub Focus, Shy FX, Plastician, AC Slater etcetera.
This vid is shit quality but Plastician is in there somewhere…
I am SO massively gutted we had to leave after an hour as from reports, this was THE party of the WMC.
